The purpose of the Finnish Arbitration Association (FAA) is to promote the national and international recognition and the practice of arbitration in Finland, as well as to promote international arbitration and its development.
The FAA fulfills its purpose mainly by organizing events and seminars, fostering contacts with national and international arbitration associations and organizations and by promoting research and information distribution concerning arbitration.
The FAA maintains an arbitration-related library and publishes literature and articles on arbitration-related issues.
The FAA was founded in 1986.
